Look beyond the symptoms.

Registered Dietitian support for your gut health, hormone balance and food sensitivities- online, across New Zealand.

Ongoing bloating, gut discomfort, or hormonal shifts can be deeply disruptive, but support is available. By taking an individualised approach to your well-being, I will work alongside you to understand your specific needs and provide nutrition advice tailored to your lifestyle.

Dietitian & Nutrition Services

Gut symptoms rarely stem from a single cause. The complex connection between your gut, brain, hormones, and microbiome can often feel overwhelming. When you are managing food sensitivities, allergies, bloating, and chronic discomfort, it can be incredibly difficult to isolate and improve your symptoms on your own.

That is where I come in. I specialise in evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for conditions including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), food sensitivities, allergies, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency (PEI), mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and nutrition in peri- and postmenopasue.

With two decades of experience working across public and private hospitals, I look past generic labels to uncover the root cause of your symptoms. I will suggest targeted blood tests if necessary, and can prescribe nutrition supplements if required. Together we design a plan that fits your life, and discover the foods you can eat and truly enjoy!

What my clients say:

"Paulina always takes the time to understand my situation, and we work out the plan together."

"I valued Paulina's thorough approach and how she looked at the whole picture during my appointments. "

About Paulina.

Hi, I am Paulina Grant. I am a Registered Dietitian in New Zealand and Sweden.

I have worked as a Dietitian since 2007 across public and private hospitals in Sweden, Australia and New Zealand. In that time, I've seen how often gut, hormone, allergy and sensitivity symptoms are not thoroughly considered, or met with a one-size-fits-all diet approach, and how much changes when someone takes the time to look closer.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Uppsala University in Sweden, as well as a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Public Health from Griffith University in Australia. I'm a registered Dietitian with the Dietitians Board of New Zealand and Social Styrelsen in Sweden. I hold a Dietitian Prescriber Endorsement in New Zealand. My scientific research in malnutrition screening has been published and referenced in scientific journals and I'm RAVES™ Eating Model trained.

The focus of my nutrition care is balanced wellbeing. I don't believe in extreme diets or unnecessary restrictions. Instead we will look at what is happening in your body and work with diet changes that fit your lifestyle, to help you reach your health goals.
